The world is going through profound change. Our ways of living and thinking are changing rapidly. The current cultural, social, political, economic, and environmental systems are proving to be unsustainable. At the same time, newer more advanced knowledge from the forefront of science is also beginning to emerge. It is a paradigm shift in our thinking about the reality of the universe we live in. For the first time, science and spirituality are starting to find common ground. In addition, creativity and its importance to both science and spirituality, is becoming more understood. In fact, science, art and spirituality may be different faces of the same thing.

The waveform nature of reality as shown by advanced quantum mechanics gives us the potential to view our world in revolutionary new ways. By understanding this new view and its basic principals, the potential for truly new, exciting and sustainable visions of the future can unfold. Not only is it important that we have an understanding of this new view of reality but also its relationship to the mind. It is through mind by which we interpret our reality. Although comprehending this new paradigm shift can be challenging, I have found that sound and music is an excellent and comprehensible way of understanding this new view of reality.

The future of our planet and ultimately the expansion of our own consciousness rely on understanding the genuine nature of reality. A truly bright and sustainable future is going to require radical and evolutionary ways of thinking. I look forward to creating that future with you.

世界は非常に大きな変化を遂げている最中です。私たちの生き方や考え方が急速に変わってきています。現在の文化、社会、政治、経済、環境のシステムは持続不可能であることが明らかになってきています。同時に、より新しくより高度な知識が最先端科学から現れ始めています。私たちが住んでいる世界という現実（リアリティ）に対する考えにパラダイムシフトが起きています。初めて科学と精神性は共通の基盤を見いだし始めました。更に、創造性（クリエイティビティ）、そして科学や精神性の両方にとって創造性の重要性がより理解されるようになり始めました。事実、科学、芸術、精神性は同じ物を異なった顔で現しているだけなのかもしれません。

最先端の量子力学で示されているように、現実の本質が波形であるということが、全く新しく画期的な形で私たちの世界を見る機会を与えてくれています。この新しい観点と原理を理解することで、全く新しくエキサイティングで持続可能な未来へのビジョンを展開できる可能性が生まれるのです。新しい観点でこの現実を理解することは大切ですが、本来波形である現実とマインドとの関係を理解することも重要です。私たちはマインドを通して自分の現実を解釈しています。この新しいパラダイムシフトを理解するのは困難かもしれませんが、サウンドと音楽は、この新しい観点から現実を分かりやすく理解するのに優れた方法だということを発見しました。

現実の真の本質を理解することが、私たちの地球の将来、そして最終的には私たちの意識の拡張に繋がります。本当に明るく持続可能な未来を築き上げるには、斬新で進化的な考え方が必要になります。皆様と共にそのような未来を創造するのを楽しみにしています。

Christopher also gave a talk mainly to a youth audience about the box that people in our society live in. His talk was not only about thinking outside the box but to remove the box. Then people will realize that they have infinite possibilities. We heard many wonderful feedbacks.


ワールドシフト大阪でのクリストファーの演奏は大成功に終わりました。音楽は宇宙的なサウンドスケープで始まり、徐々に盛り上がり、クライマックスはレイブ（ハウス・テクノ）のようなハイエネルギーでグルーブのある演奏でした。サウンドとグラフィックから発するバイブレーションは確実に人々のハートに届いたようです。音楽に連動したCGが映し出された大きなスクリーンの前で演奏するクリストファーは素晴らしいでした。観客はクリストファーが創り出した音と光の世界に吸い込まれるようで、とても魅了的でした。

また、クリストファーは主に若者の参加者に、私たちが生活している社会という箱について話をしました。単に既成概念という箱にとらわれずに考えるのみならず、箱自体を取り除けば無限の可能性があることに気づくというトークをしました。クリストファーのトークに関して多くの素晴らしいフィードバックを頂きました。

Christopher Currell will appear as Plenum Void at WorldShift Osaka on Nov. 13 & 14. He will also participate as one of speakers on both days. WorldShift Osaka is a two day event organized by university students in Japan. It will be an ideal event for Plenum Void to make its debut. クリストファー・カレルはプレナム・ヴォイドとして１１月１３日と１４日に開催されるワールドシフト大阪に出演します。またスピーカーとしても両日トークやプレゼンテーションに参加します。ワールドシフト大阪は日本の大学生達が企画運営する２日間のイベントで、プレナム・ヴォイドのデビューに理想的なイベントです。以下がプレナム・ヴォイドのライブとクリストファーのトークのスケジュールです。

Christopher has started a new project called Plenum Void. The concept is the same as ishwish, which is to raise people consciousness using sound vibration but with different vibration tending to harmonize with the younger generation. It has more rhythm and grooves with cosmic elements running throughout the compositions. He has been nurturing this concept for few years and it is finally making its debut at WorldShift Osaka in November, a two day event organized by university students in Japan. Whenever I set the Global Peace Meditation to sound, I feel the infinite joy of unity that is generated from all the participants around the world. This year was no exception, the infinite harmony of the universe was felt by all. During the meditation, I felt the vibration go to very high frequency. A high vibrational connection was made with the universe and the illusion of separateness dissolved into the infinite oneness which we are all a part. As one, we all resonated with the vibrations of peace and joy for all living things on this planet. I am sure that this vibration will continue to resonate and harmonize the vibrational distortion that is currently manifesting here on earth. Maybe all of us should create our own personal Global Peace Meditation for a few moments everyday. If all people of the earth could for a moment, dissolve the illusion of boundaries and separateness, peace could prevail on earth.

毎回サウンドでグローバル・ピース・メディテーションをリードするとき、世界中の参加者全員が一体となる無限なる喜びを感じます。今年も例外ではありません。全員が宇宙の無限なる調和を感じることができました。瞑想中、バイブレーションの周波数がとても高くなるのを感じました。とても高いレベルのバイブレーションが宇宙とつながり、分離という幻想が無限なるワンネス（私たちもその一部）へと消えていきました。私たちは一体となり、全員が地球上の生きとし生けるもの全てと、平和と喜びのバイブレーションで共鳴しました。このバイブレーションが、今この地球上で現れている歪んだバイブレーションと共鳴して調和し続けていくことでしょう。もしかしたら、私たち全員が毎日わずかの間自分自身のグローバル・ピース・メディテーションの場を作るべきなのかもしれません。もし地球上の人々全員が、しばらく境界や分離の幻想を消し去ることができれば、地球に平和が広まることでしょう。

SOPP 2010報告

We are pleased to announce that "Steps to Eternity" from "The Gates Of Dawn" CD is being used in the archeology video created by the faculty members and the students at Universidad de Zaragoza in Spain, and it is being used by other teachers.

スペインのサラゴサ大学のPilar Rivero教授を始め教員と学生により作成された考古学のビデオに、"The Gates Of Dawn"のCDの"Steps to Eternity"が使われており、他の教授達の教材として使われているそうです。


Professor Pilar Rivero commented that they used this music because they think "it is modern, technological but it shows too a peaceful connection between past and present, some 'universal.'" What a wonderful comment! ishwish's music must have been a perfect match to their high-end 3D modeling CG of archeological sites. We are very happy that ishwish was able to contribute to such wonderful project.

Pilar Rivero教授によりますと、ishwishの音楽を使った理由は、「モダンでハイテクですが、過去と現在との間に平穏が繋がりがあることを表していると共に『宇宙的』だと思います」とのお言葉を頂きました。なんと素晴らしいコメントなのでしょう！3DモデリングのCGを使った考古学遺跡のビデオにきっとぴったりだったのでしょうね。ishwishの音楽がこのような素晴らしい教育プロジェクトに貢献できたことを、私達は大変嬉しく思っております。

Meditation for Peace on Earth



The Global Peace Meditation has been a part of the SOPP at Fuji Sanctuary since 2008, and each year, American musician Christopher Currell has created a soothing yet stirring musical soundscape to guide participants in their meditation. Mr. Currell’s project ishwish creates what he describes as ‘improvised music from the universe.’

The MC announced: “Let us feel the vibration of the universe, and let us spread waves of love, peace, and harmony from this Sanctuary to the world—to the whole Earth, and out into the universe.” Mr. Currell stood alone on stage holding a guitar-shaped electronic which he created himself for the 2009 SOPP. He described the instrument as an advanced version of a Ztar, with “sensors that beam light. I can move my hands through the light and change the sounds without actually touching the instrument.”

Mr. Currell performed for about fifteen minutes, beginning with soft background sounds and intermittent notes in otherworldly voices, gradually adding new sounds. Guided by the flow of the music, participants turned their thoughts to universal peace and harmony. Their thought waves radiated from Fuji Sanctuary to the whole world, and out to everything in existence.

After about five minutes, the soundscape closed and a new one opened, this time with a higher range of tones and a light, extremely gentle and fragile feeling. As he played, Mr. Currell moved his head and arms in a way that could be described as ‘drifting with purpose,’ creating the music as if it were an exchange with the universe. Even as the delicate sounds faded out, Mr. Currell’s hands continued waving in the air, until finally all movement stopped and the meditation drew to a close.

今年のSymphony Of Peace Prayersでのishwishの演奏も過去二年と同様に大変素晴らしいものでした。今年のテーマはMeditation（瞑想）だったため、今までよりもさらに高い宇宙の響きが自然や参加者と共鳴しながら屋外会場に響き渡りました。多くの参加者が「演奏中、宇宙から癒しと愛の光で包まれた」と光り輝く笑顔で語られておられたのが印象的でした。

ishwish has been performing at the Symphony Of Peace Prayers at the foot of Mt. Fuji for the past two years. This year's theme for ishwish performance was "Meditation" and the whole outdoor venue was filled with cosmic vibrations resonating with nature and the participants. Many participants came to us with brilliantly radiating smile and told Chris that they were "surrounded by the light of healing and love from the universe during the performance." How wonderful!!
